The Associated Press has reported that former Chargers linebacker Steve Foley has come to a settlement with the police officer that shot him and ended his career two years ago. According to the report, Foley had been drinkin that dark liqua, and decided to take his car for a spin. The cop followed him, gave him a sobriety test, then decided he needed to be shot.
